Chris at this location is the man! He was able to lookup a specific set of tire cables and put them on hold for me. Great customer service and did me a HUGE favor by looking up and sending a receipt via email for a purchase I made passing through the city. Give this man a day off and a raise please.

Every time I've tried to speak with these people over the phone they are very perfunctory and you really have to dig to get any information from them. I called asking if I could start waste pickup over the phone. All I get is "No". No explanation, nothing. So, you have to ask why not. "You have to pay in person." Can't I just use a credit card like every other business known to man? "No."Not very friendly people.
