Awesome place to go to, especially for classic car parts! Good customer service. Good prices.
Went in about a week or so ago and was having a hard time finding a part and Nicole did an amazing job with helping me find my part. Nobody else in town was able to find my part! Glad to see young ladies like her going the extra mile!

Store manager decided it was appropriate to roll down his window to scream at me get out come up to my window and be extremely confrontational from his silver 2000’s corvette cause I’m in his way as he’s about he’s 3 inches from my bummer clearly being impatient, when there’s a whole parking lot to park in and I’m clearly trying to turn around. So tired of management setting bad examples of customer service in the work place, will be getting the email address of the franchisee letting him know about this situation.

They were super helpful and fast. I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Plus I had been taking my old car there before and they always did an awesome job.

The transmission went out on our family wagon. The dealerships I called said there were all 2 months out or greater. Bobs was able to get my rig in and driving again within a week at what I would've paid at a dealer with an equivalent warranty too. Great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone needing transmission repairs.Service: Transmission

Large inventory across more locations than I ever expected. Very reasonable pricing even though the parts are pulled by the employees as they are ordered.
This company has NO integrity at all. I scheduled my pickup 48hrs in advance with a two hour window. Here it is 2 hours AFTER my scheduled pickup window and they still aren’t here due to “CHP calls”. I’m sorry but if you don’t have the supply to meet the demand, then you don’t accept the job! You’re not the only tow company around to take CHP calls but you want to keep all the tows you can and just leave the rest of your customers waiting?! That’s not how you do good business. If you don’t have enough trucks to take the CHP calls and still fulfill your prior commitments then you either don’t accept the CHP calls or don’t accept the scheduled pickup, it’s pretty simple. NO INTEGRITY.
