I went in to turn in a bunch of copper and ended up with quite a bit less pay than expected. But have benefit of doubt. Then I went back a month later with copper that I carefully weighted and accurately graded. The guy had me put it on the scale and the scale read quite a bit less than at home. He tried to input that weight but I interrupted him by saying straight out that it was wrong, I removed the copper from the scale and sure enough the scale now read negative 4 pounds. I pointed that out and one of the guys tried to downplay it like an honest mistake and then went to tare it out again but had empty buckets on top of it when he did, then removed the buckets when he tried to reweigh. Again it was light so I put the buckets back on the scale and we went with that weight, though it was still a bit lighter than st home and was graded as lower quality than It should have been. Once is an accident, twice is incompetent, three times failing to give an accurate weight is crooked. I'm sorry to say, and don't do so without certainty, but it seems that these guys are stealing money right out of their client's hands. There aren't many alternatives, but that doesn't give free license for thievery. Wish I didn't have to talk bad about anyone, but this is exactly what happened.

All around good junk yard. $2 entry, decent part pricing. OK selection of cars for a small town (Biggest junk yard in the area short of Fresno or Bakersfield). Hard to find from Hwy 99 (Partially due to wrong address being listed). Most of stock includes 90's era cars and some older cars (not very many), and small selection of post '99 cars (extra fee to get gate access to those). Mostly domestics on yard with imports in the back. Stock is rotated about every month. (Usually after half price days).
