Crappy horrible service, lady at the front window was on a power trip and had immediate attitude as soon she lied about a price saying the part was 20$ with some change then ends up price gauging to 25$ because I mentioned it was expensive. Then immediately started to yell and raise her voice at me. She needs to be fired and reported. Save your money and take it somewhere where it’s appreciated.

I've always got everything I was looking for when I needed used car parts, the staff has always been great and curtious, I'm disabled now so I don't know how it would go as far as getting my parts.the taco truck is a must visit as I am doing now.

I've spent many hours there at Westside Auto Dismantler for many years now. I have always had a positive experience every time. Thank you to the helpful staff when I'm in need of a hard to find vehicle, they always have the answers I need.

The junkyard overall isn’t too bad. They have a large variety of different vehicles that you could choose your part from however, when it comes to the staff, some guys are a bit rude. I strongly feel that the people that are working in the cashier area when charging parts should have at least some acknowledgment of the part that they are looking at before pricing, as a customer I don’t appreciate them having a rude attitude and not being able to charge me correctly and when looking at the part. It’s rather unprofessional, especially when they have to ask a second opinion from their peers in order to know what the name or what part it is from the vehicle. At times I feel like I’m getting scammed because some of them don’t have a minor idea of what they’re holding in their hand and they charge only as it appears. I understand that the junkyard has to make money, but when it comes to me, taking a part off and them still overcharging for a used part that’s the real scam. My overall opinion, yes, I would recommend it since it’s the only one here in Visalia, but be ready to overpay for a used part.

The worst place to go to the customer service rude unprofessional the way you get searched is ridiculous there were 3 men surrounding me and the lady at the register couldn't be more rude and dis respectful she was like those mirrors are 27.99 and a little door handle 12.99 then a guy pulled out my speaker from my purse telling me that I have to pay for it when it's already mine! They acted like I was trying to steal there item I explained to the guy that I brought it to play music while I pulled the car parts I needed the guy who checked my purse saw it when I went in then he said he didn't remember that being in my purse I told them there were crazy if they think I'm gonna pay them for my own speaker and told me to leave and never come back they were literally yelling at me even as I was walking away and I couldn't even purchase my items because supposedly all the sudden they didn't take American express.. the most humiliating experience ever!!

These people here are nothing but harassing thieves. They harassed a man today who 100% did nothing wrong at all. They just picked him to harass today & then tired stealing from him. They pulled him off to the side & went through all his stuff, took out his belongings & then tried charging him for his tool & part that you could clearly tell weren't off any vehicle from around here plus he also pulled out his phone & showed proof they were his & then they tried forcing him to hand over his keys & wallet out of his pockets. Me & 3 other people were witnesses to this horrible incident & to be honest we will definitely not be back here ever again. If I were the man I would have called the cops & made a big deal out of this place harassing & trying to steal my personal property. I wouldn't have let these lowlifes who work here get away with their bad behavior or bad actions. There's a better junkyard out in Fresno anyways & they don't treat their customers like this.

The staff were a little off putting and the prices way too expensive for junk from a junk yard. But I did find what is needed after wandering around because there is no inventory directory. You have to hunt the vehicle/parts you want then if lucky enough to find a vehicle, you wade through knee deep mud. Very unprofessional in most regards

When going in make sure the security that checks your bag actually checks the right way. I went in with parts that I had purchased 2 days prior. He said he didn't see them so they took them out and I either had to pay for them agian or leave them because I no longer had my receipts. With all the people going in and out he is not going to remember one person's bag. They over charge also. Not going there again. It's not what it used to be.

Glad I consulted with my brother before I agreed to the lowered price that Carlos gave me. I had him come and assess my 84 Lincoln Continental diesel. He took photos of the engine and told me he cannot give me $360 but rather $160 because it was missing some parts including a catalytic converter. I consulted with my brother and he said diesel engines don’t have catalytic converter‘s. I am going to call the junkyard and sell it for scrap metal for $500 or more instead

The staff was very Rude and disrespectful towards me and my Girl we drove a long way to get parts and was told we had to hurry up and leave before the place was closed then the worker stopped his cart and forced us to leave making threats and foul language at us. Refused to give me his name so I could file a complaint. He's the one with piercings on his face

Save your money! Fresno is only an hour away and you can save what you spend on gas there with more variety of parts and they actually have sales. We are buying junk parts, why charge as if it was new? I understand they are in the business of making money but im almost certain they can go lower on prices when they buy a junk car for free.99-$100 and sell each part as if it was new. Rude people too.

Overpriced. Rude employees. Going to the dismantler used to be worth it. You get a good price for putting in the work. Find the car, remove the part, and receive a discounted price. The last few visits I've had were a complete waste of my time. After going through the whole process of acquiring parts for several vehicles, I found at checkout the pricing was often more than it would have been to buy the part brand new. I could have sat in my office, ordered the part, and had it delivered cheap er than the headache I went through at this place. If you get a vehicle for $100, come on...price items accordingly. Also, it's rude to snap your fingers at a customer, telling them to hurry up.

It's a hit or miss if you're looking for cars that you don't usually see on the road, but parts are cheaper to buy.

Safety conscious and organized from the moment you walk through the gate. A good variety of models to choose from with a certain section for late model vehicles makes it a good experience to find what you're looking for of you real know how. Every time I go here, even if I don't find what I'm looking for, is always a good time

Been there several times and mostly always find what I need but any salvage yard is hit or miss. The staff doesn't keep an inventory but is helpful and friendly and will negotiate the price if you are purchasing more than one part.

Good place for parts. New cars come in every week. The staff is fair and will haggle on price unless you are trying to rip them off. They have people in the yard watching. Don't get hung up.

First time visiting, the attendant patiently answered all my questions and more. His co-workers provided good information on other wrecking yards in the area when they didn't have what I was looking for. Organized with clear pricing.

This place is very expensive and they treat you like a criminal going in and especially going out its very crazy. I will never go to this place anymore ill just drive the extra mile to Fresno or Bakersfield. In Bakersfield and fresno they don't act like clowns they treat there customers like they deserve. This review goes to the owner stop treating your customers like they are trying to steal from you searching them in and out and not letting them take a part to match what they need you are the only one that does this. This is not nice of you. If your so unsecured just have your employees take off the parts, the customers need cuz your business model is probably losing you lots of money that you don't see but at the end of the day it's your business and not mine but you have lost one customer and one customer at a time adds up.

They do have quite a few cars in stock, but you have to pay 2$ admission to get on the yard without them telling you if they actually do have the vehicle you need parts for beforehand. Then you are almost kicked out already a quarter hour to closing time and searched for stolen parts. Can't say anything about the prices or quality though because I didn't find my part here.

Went down there for a window motor and plastic dash vent for a 01 mustang. They had quite a lot of mustangs there, i got both parts i needed, and paid about 1/3 the price of a new part. They had many cars there and it's pretty well organized.

It was good found a Honda OEM alternator for $25 but the $7 warranty it worked fine on my son's 98 Honda compared to $75 at budget or $196 for a rebuilt at O'Reilly's good parts decent price if you know what you're doing I'm a mechanic so have the right tools and know what to look for

Its a good place for used auto parts if you dont mind the labor of part removal. I give 4 out of 5 because although still less exspensive than brand new parts, the prices were a little bit more than i think it should be. But overall its a good place.

Employees are super friendly, it's fun roaming the lot. I like that you can go get the parts you need personally but it seems that the prices have seriously sky rocketed in the past year!!!!

It's a hit or miss for me sometimes. Sometimes my vehicle is there or it's sister model that parts fits the same. But that's a good thing knowing my model of truck is on the road still and owners want to keep it running.
