Rude and disrespectful, fully unprofessional in their business. You cant return your part even if it's not your fault, they will find tons of excuses. Especially Robert, the owner of this junkyard, will scream at you and ask "Do you know who we are?" If you try to proof that it is not your fault and you want to return the part. By the phone they said that I can come to pick it up, but after 2 hours wait they gave me wrong part and say gtfo.
