    Horrible experience , they make you do the most for warranty on a bad transmission they gave me had to pay an extra 220 for the dealership so they can tell them the same thing i told them

    Called 9 places to find a transmission they were the only place that had one for my Honda. The price was reasonable, The front desk guy did not have info on mileage an said the transmission was tested ended being a bad transmission. The exchange process could of been more clear about how to handle but they got me right. I took it back Jacob was great he found me a rebuilt one it was put in an I was very satisfied he was very informational an approachable even the young lady that helped me I got my core an I would recommend them to my people.

    I found a part online they listed it for $126, I called to check if it is available, he said yes I have it and I can do $200, I told him but you have it online for $126!!! He hang up on me…I agree with the bad reviews about their bad customer service.
