Scheduling with Katie was quick and easy. She did a great job of setting expectations for the pick up. On the day of the delivery I received a text that the truck was in route, then a phone call when the guys were 15 minutes out. The team was extremely professional as well as personable. They did an amazing job at getting 30 year old, solid oak entertainment center up from the basement and out the door. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely work with Scraps again. This is ne of the best used parts Yard now only that I use to work here but I've also had got my part and build cars trucks campers trailers motorcycles I actually bought my 1928 Flathead Harley-Davidson from here for 1200 bucks and a lot of my old schools cars truck parts from here tell them hard to find parts nowadays Colorado and parts INC is one of the best but I know around Colorado local and convenient we're very fair prices and not all b******* overhead prices. Another competitors charge their completely honest family business that does look very good job not only in customer service but helpful and very convenient I will give them the best percentage $99.99.9999 percentage rating of a JOB of a job well done in professional and professionalism performance and being humble people very helpful and they will also go inside the yard with you if they're not too busy if you get lost and help you along the way

It's been 2 years and 75,000 and not a single problem after they replaced the transmission on a 2010 Ford Ecoline. They were a pleasure to deal with, and offered a fair price. Thank you for the quality work!

The reorganization is a bit wild, but we were used to the old way. Probably should work on labeling the aisles though. The price increase should be updated on the signs. Especially for those of us who have been coming for a while and always brought cash for entry. Not like you need it anyways, given the serious price gouging that seems to be happening now. We should have just bought a new part online for $20 more

When I made the call, the operator made this entire process very easy. They picked up my old water heater within an hour from my call. And they handled this appliance without me even knowing they had arrived. Great service. I will definitely use them again when I have an appliance to remove.

A fantastic location for you to pull your own parts and save a lot of money over buying new or refurbished. The lot is pretty big and it's sectioned off into import and domestic and that's about it you can ask them more specific cars are to get a better location idea but it's going to be a decent amount of walking and a lot of wrench work to get what you're looking for but it's a definitely worth it in the end to save the hundreds or possibly thousands on parts. They recently started staging the classic cars closer to the entrance so removing those parts is easier and more convenient for anyone restoring an older car.

Employees don't know what is an inventory is.I paid my entry fees with my buddy and ask about a Chevy Trailblazer they said they had none but their Denver yard had 2.I decided to go in and look anyway Lord and behold they had eight Trailblazers and their yard. Very inaccurate system they have they would have lost money if I would not have went in there looking.

We have ordered 2 belts for our car, first time they came within time frame they told us, one of them worked fine another didn't work at all.We took it for exchange, it was 1 week longer than told time frame and it didn't work again. Now I'm thinking if I should take it back for exchange again and wait for another few weeks or to find it somewhere else?
