    I went in inquiring about a gas cap replacement but I just replaced the cap, so had some concerns. The gentleman behind the counter gave me a whole lesson in the fuel system. I have grown up around cars with my dad and my uncle so I'm actually into the workings of cars so it did not fall on deaf ears. I did feel like when I left I'm like was there going to be a test on it. Lol he went above and beyond. This will be my go to parts store. It's always a little nerve-wracking being a woman and going into an auto parts store but I felt very welcome here

    I have known of Royal Gorge auto care for almost 9 years since we moved to Penrose. I had a mechanic in Pueblo West that I have used for many, many years and have really appreciated him, but he is overwhelmed with work right now. I did try these guys out and I have to tell you they are absolutely top-notch when it comes to professionalism. They had my truck for about a day and a half and were able to diagnose the issue but because it is 33 years old they were not able to program the new computer that I need to purchase and get installed. They spent hours figuring out what the problem was. When I went to pick it up, they did not charge me at all! I can tell you they will have my business from now on. I would recommend them to anyone.
