My car battery died shortly before I had to make a 4 hour drive for an important fixed medical appointment that Friday. Jumping it failed to work so I had to get my battery replaced. All the repair centers said they could not do it in under two weeks but one last call here and they offered to help me replace AND install my battery. I managed to find a towing company who brought my car to their parking lot. It was about fifteen minutes till they closed and I let them know I didn’t expect anything to be done till the next day but wanted to let them know that my car was there. One employee offered to stay a little late as needed, and replaced my battery while I payed up front (managed to do so before they closed too). They refused to accept my tip despite the huge crisis they saved me from. I’m incredibly grateful for the above and beyond service.

I was thrilled to buy a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek with a clean title in great condition for a very reasonable price. I hate vehicle shopping, but Julie made it enjoyable!
