Talked to him he said it would take about 70 minutes before he could get me a tow for a flat rate of 150$. I said ok thanks call me when you get done. Waited finally called him back around 10:50p. Talked to same guy said he would be done in about 20 minutes and again said he would call me waited another 30 minutes. He never called back had to call another towing company they came within 20 minutes. Disappointed with this company considering I was told I would be getting a call back and sat around waiting for hours and then the driver never even called back.
