Purchased many parts from here before. All parts are reasonably priced. The entire staff is really helpful and always quickly pull the parts. They always seem to have everything I need. Parking was alright, it's always busy so there's always cars in the closest parking spots. I would definitely recommend purchasing from here for all you later model vehicle needs.

The counter girl will tell you it’s the correct part for your vehicle and when it isn’t they will say sorry, no refunds just store credit, to a junk yard.About the type of person you would expect to run into at a place like this. Save you TIME and buy online where if you’re sold the wrong part you can return it for a refund and not junk yard store credit. What a joke.

I bought a salvaged 2017 car and these guys are the only place in town where I was able to find parts for it. Javier always tries to do well by his clients to make sure we're getting a good deal and that the parts will be a perfect fit. If they can't help they know someone who can.

Be aware! Customer service does not exists there. Paid for the part, they failed to deliver it when promised. After asking to give my money back, they refused saying that I signed the paper and have to pay 30% restocking fee. (I did not even see the parts...) Had to open dispute with CC company. Will never go here again.

Found out the hard way why they love to sell items for cash! Don't expect them to refund your money or let you return an item you pay cash for. Beware the "cash discount." Absolutely terrible customer service! Owners response is not truthful. The item was bought and attempted a return several months ago.

No customer service whatsoever, lazy labor seems everyday of the week went is simply talked to front desk girl then come 1 hour after waiting she’s tells be the part is on the car if you want to wait so I wait then 2 hours after pulling that same part off my own vehicle and coming back (also outside during blizzard conditions(took me 30-40 mins most)) says they couldn’t pull the part...... maybe if there was a drive to actually work things could get done I’d rather pay the extra 50 at lkq. Ridiculous

Awesome service,Called several places in regards for a part for my vehicle and I couldn't locate it anywhere, finally i found this place, they had the parts that I needed called in advanced and by the time I got there my part was ready the guy at the front desk was very helpful. Recommend this place.
