Overall good experience searched part on website, called and checked if part was in and if price was same as listed, showed up fast service gave me a better price then expected. Couldn't have been easier. Will be coming back for any of my used part needs!

recently purchased a transmission from this business, but unfortunately the transmission was dropped and broken, rendering it unusable. I have called your company 5 times now to inquire about getting my deposit refunded, but each time I am told someone will look into it and get back to me, yet no one ever calls me back.This is an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Your business practices of breaking the part and then avoiding returning the customer's deposit are unacceptable. I expect a prompt and full refund of the deposit I paid. Failing to do so in a timely manner would be considered poor customer service and unethical business conduct.
