I had ordered what I thought to be an overnight shipment on an alternator bracket but when it shipped the next day it showed ground. I started a chat on Parts Breakers website and within 5 minutes the owner called me and offered a solution. This is the best customer service I have ever seen and on a matter that may have been my error on selecting the wrong shipment option.

I say maby 4.5 star because they took care of me but it took a long time. I called needing dinem plate for floor of a small 40×48 trailer. I got cancer and need this to hall around scooter. They took long time to sell me a sheet. Then took some time to cut it. They could be faster but all that said they was very nice. This place dose a lot of steel work. I will go back for more if need more.

Good and Bad…My initial experience having Mike put a full Old Man EMU suspension system on my newer Tacoma was excellent. It all fell pretty far, very quickly from there with my second Tacoma having driven from Moab to drop it off on two different occasions and ZERO work was done both times.Same issues everyone else has had with not answering calls, zero response to emails, voicemail always full, broken promises, etc. etc.Next, over and out.

Have used this store for a couple decades, for personal vehicles, company vehicles and associate accounts. Generally all has gone well. Occasionally when an issue comes up they have always done what they can to make the situation roll down the road and keep us happy.There is a lot more competition now, and we use them too sometimes, but for several angles of parts and supplies NAPA does better and the Bookcliff Auto Parts store is a solid outfit among NAPA units.Have mostly been pleased with their prices, knowledge, people, inventory, paint and turnaround times on orders. Mask use seems to have flowed with the CDC and State requirements. It is a good business

After picking up a car from Las Vegas Nevada it broke down on the way to Wisconsin here in Grand Junction Colorado. I'm used to cranky old men, I actually enjoy older folks' company much more than my own generation. However these were the rudest guys I've ever met. Don't treat me like I don't know anything, I may be a young woman but DO NOT treat me as if I'm inferior. I was raised around buying, fixing, and selling cars. No need to beat a dead horse, I know what I'm doing. Thanks. The lady was nice though. From the looks of it these old men could care less about bad service, since they are replying with snide remarks to reviews.
