Take your business elsewhere.This place is a scam. I had them pull me a part and the part was broken, didn't come with the cable that I needed for my sliding door on my honda odyssey van. I had called the lady at the front desk and told her that I just needed the cables, and I didn't need the motor that goes with the whole entire thing.And they wanted to charge me a hundred dollars for the motor and the cables.I went ahead and said yes.They gave me a broken part without the cable that I needed for the van. I tried to come in and get a refund the next day. because I found the cables that I needed online... on the back of their receipt, it says that I can get a refund and they will only give me 70% of my purchase and take 30% for an overhead restocking fee.Cool, I'll take it whatever I can get back. They then told me that because there's a replacement part in delta that they're not gonna give me my money back or give me a refund. Super skeppy, why pull a whole other part and go through the whole headache of getting a whole other part and drive it all the way down from delta to grand junction.When you can literally just give me my seventy dollars back.Are you hurting that much for cash. This place is going under and fast. Take your business anywhere else. The mechanics that pulled the part should have known that it needed 2 cables, and I wouldn't have bought it to begin with. At least at a pick and pull.I can pick my own parts. And do it with care. No wonder why these people hate their job.Their boss is immature. I tried to talk to him. And he acted like a child completely ignored me.And drove off in a golf cart. Super immature for a 60 year old man. They should have been transparent with their return policy. I was told if the part doesn't work, I could return it. Make sure you look at the reviews before you head in here.

If I could give negative stars I would.<br>What an awful business and very poorly ran. The girl Kenzie in the office that I dealt with was not only incompetent but extremely rude. My boyfriend had gotten a windshield for my car from them we went to put it in my car and it didnt fit, unfortunately for us the evening we tried to put the windshield in was the last day on the warranty which happened to be a Friday and they were already closed. So ended up having to buy ANOTHER windshield that was on us. I called to see if they had the CORRECT one and she said there was one at their rifle location I told her I would call back after I looked a couple other places. Needless to say I ended up having to buy it from them when I called back to order it I double checked the info was correct because I didnt want to get the wrong one yet again. She assured me it was the correct one and repeated the info back to me, everything was correct. And told me it would be there on Tuesday (it was thursday) because it was coming from Delta. But when I read the order form it was NOT the right info for my car and I knew that if thats what was ordered it wouldnt fit my car so I called to make ABSOLUTELY SURE they were getting the correct windshield for the correct model we went over the info and what she relayed back to me was correct. I then asked if i could just go pick it up in delta rather than be carless over the weekend again waiting for it to be brought over. She said just call and let them know if I did that. The next day (friday) I decided to go get it. Got it home and went to put it in and ITS THE WRONG WINDSHIELD AGAIN! By this time its too late to call so I wait till monday and call to tell them it was the wrong one. The VERY FIRST THING SHE SADI WAS "WELL DID YOU GIVE US THE WRONG VEHICLE INFORMATION?" I told her "No I actually even called to double check you had the the correct info you said it was right" she told me to call back with the VIN so I did and she proceeded to argue with me telling me that I had told her that it was the classic model and that I didnt relay the correct information. Which I made clear multiple times that it WAS NOT the classic model. She said they had one in rifle they could hopefully get here by tomorrow. 20min later I get a call saying the one in rifle is no good and to bring the one I have in and they will refund my money.<br>This has hands down been the worst experience I have EVER had purchasing a part for my vehicle. I will NEVER do business with them again. The customer service was unbelievably awful. Ive never had someone try to gaslight me so hard in my life.<br>I DO NOT RECOMEND BUYING ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR A GIANT HEADACHE AND TO BE DISRESPECTED WHEN THEY MESS UP.
