Had to have my car towed from the yard of a person who stole it. Gene was awesome. Once the car was recovered I wanted to straight to a junkyard. He saved me from being swindled. Walked in with me and explained my situation and was super helpful. Had I been stuck with any other tow company I'd have been taken advantage of. I will forever recommend him and his company. These guys are vrey helpful! They also don't act busy and try to get you off the phone like most yard do. Their prices are still reasonable also. Great place to do business with.

Bait and switch place. Used to be good too... Could walk in with no charge before... Don't bother here go to any of the other ones. You might get lucky and get what you need yeah but... What they do is now charge you to get in the door let you get your parts picked in your hands and then charge you a super high rate when you get out. I could have bought the parts new for what they wanted for rusty ones that I pulled off myself. Sad

We had a new windshield put on our truck. That part went fine, but they completely mangled the chrome trim part around it in the process. They said they'd order a new one and it'd take about two weeks. That was two months ago . I don't think I'm getting new chrome. I wish I had taken photos before I had them touch it. This used to be a good place to go, but something has changed - customer service is terrible.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Whoever answered the phone this afternoon, seriously needs to work on customer service. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I'm so glad they didn't get my business. This person didn't have any clue about the part that was needed. "Well you're just waisting my time now." Was not at all an appropriate response. I wouldn't ever recommend this business after today.

I pulled in on Monday at 4:06pm to an employee closing the gate and telling me there closed. All my gas wasted as I rushed 30 miles to get there. Thanks American! You lost a long time customer! Terrible job!!!!
