I cannot recommend this place enough. I dropped my car off and in less than 24 hours they contacted me that it was ready to be picked up. Granted, don't dock them if they aren't that quick with you because I was lucky that they had in what I needed but the drop off and pick up process was painless. We've had Timberline Disposal pick up our trash and recycling for over a decade now and over the years, the service has been mediocre, however, over the past year, we have been very happy with their quality of service. The gentlemen who pick up the trash and recycling have been so polite and helpful. There have been days where a majority of our neighborhood doesn't have the trash out on time, and the drivers take a quick loop around the neighborhood, signaling that they are here for pickup and then make a second loop to start picking up the trash. Freddy has been our regular driver for a while now and he's such an awesome guy. He smiles and waves and always goes above and beyond. If you try to cancel out right, one is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 6 months of payments.If you try to call WM, for anything, expect to be on hold, then be transferred, then be put on hold again, then be transferred again... It takes about an hour to speak to someone who is actually able to help- but all too often, chooses not to.This company is the literal worst in this area.Skip the hassle and go with Summit Roll Offs the first time.
