The owner of the company cares about how satisfied & happy you are with the work they did. He always kept me informed on how the car is doing. Its pretty clean where you drive and then you get on the scale to check in. They will direct you from there. Hope this help . Be safe out there on the road. Very nice and respectful people in my opinion the guy loading was extremely careful on the trailer.
