They wanna beat the shit out of the customer so they can make more money. I understand the difference between number one and number two it used to be before number two is anything that had brazen rod on it or solder or any of that so I made sure I cut all my joints out Now they won’t even take number one if it’s got a little bit of dirt on it because it’s been inside of insulation that is straight bullshit. I will never come to EMR again and neither should you.

Needed a plastic part no longer available from the dealer for an old Audi A4 and Morgan's got back to me next day to let me know they had one. Sent me a picture of the part and quoted me a more than fair price. Even allowed me to come by outside normal hours to let me pick it up. The owner and people seem on the level from my limited experience with them, will definitely go back if I ever need a used or hard-to-find part again.
Honestly went out of there way TWICE to make sure that I was taken care of. Stayed open late to make sure I could get my part before my mechanic shop closed and had the funniest personality I’ve ever seen on junk yard men. They helped me so much and didn’t break the bank I couldn’t imagine not calling them for now on FIRST!

First State was a recommendation from the service center that was going to perform the work. First State was professional. They took my order, they were upfront with what it would cost and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The driver called me when he was in front of my Mom’s house. He called me again when she didn’t answer the door immediately. He was polite and professional. I highly recommend First State Towing.
Absolutely the worst place to deal with. They won’t even answer the phone and are very disrespectful and arrogant.

These people sold me the two pieces for $200 for the Pay $100 apiece. And they are showroom perfect I mean other than her dirty from being out in the yard you know but I am exceedingly happy I got there took me a couple hours to make contact with my friend around lunchtime Mary we were gonna talk in the morning but other than that yeah this is a great guy to get parts from very very fair. So give him five sword he’s gonna be the first salvage yard that I speak with Steve is a gentleman that posted the ad on marketplace that directed me to his facility.. thank you Steve Lois for a fair deal and when I said I needed a couple little piece of trim from the radio knobs and stuff it’s like yeah go get them. I would’ve pulled teeth trying to find those things probably. So yeah thanks again guy happy
I go here all the time, they are especially helpful when looking for parts the other guys can't seem to find, they offer old fashioned customer service and are willing to search for those hard to find parts, and they also can order navigate parts for less than the dealers cost

For every legal upstanding auto wrecker, there is scum like this.The saddest part is it was my handicap mother's car. When we pull up, guess what is hanging in the window of Robyn's car, a handicap tag. Also the woman smokes like a chimney. The only thing I see handicap on her is their shady business practices.

The guys are AMAZING! I didn’t have to wait for my part to be pulled and I got a major deal. I have definitely found my future mechanics for all other repairs for sure.
