    I bought a car door from them and it was damaged before I was able to pick it up. I called in advance to confirm they had what I wanted. When I arrived, the owner showed me an entirely different door. I was called back by another employee who confirmed the door I wanted was there after all and he just didn't double check. Very disorganized.

    Not many yards will let you in to hunt for parts and/or research. I'm a mechanic and I like to pull parts from a vehicle that I can check out for clues about the possible condition of what I'm getting into, and to help me understand how best to do the work.The staff are reasonable and easy to deal with. Sometimes I go just to see what's new in the inventory.

    They told me they would not take my whole truck load of crushed cans. Unless I had them in bags to dump them in their machine because it took too much time to take them out of the truck with a shovel or box or tote as a scooper

    I googled auto salvage yards and this place was one of the results and when the guy answered I asked if he had any parts for the truck I described and he interrupted me and very rudely asked what internet told me that it was a salvage yard when it says cash for cars. I highly do NOT recommend this place. Very rude
