Awesome, Staff & Service.When the Rear Axle to my vehicle (Originally, from NY.) rotted & I couldn’t find the part on Rock Auto, I called Councelman.They looked it up and had the part delivered (To their place, after providing payment.) within 2 days.The price was reasonable and the staff loaded into the back of my truck for me.I’m just glad that I didn’t have to lug my own tools over 200+ yards then have to try and remove it myself (Normally, from a vehicle that’s sitting on its rims in 2 inches of mud.) they took care of everything but the re-install.Will definitely use their services again, I’ve actually been thinking about applying (I miss getting my hands greasy.).
Called was told give him 2 hours so i drove all the way out there. Hate was closed and he dont answer his phone after i got there

My wife and I have been looking for the part for our car for 2 1/2 months for a Kia Forte blower motor and the pig tail had a burn mark my wife drives for a living not having air in Floridia is crazy. We ran into all kinds of issues some people said they had a blower motor but wouldn't guarantee a pig tail would be there And Joe Grocholski went out of his way to make sure I got the part I needed and assured me that the pig tail would be included he even ask how much wire I needed . Then Joe said he would send it ups and i would have it by Monday well I actually recieved the part in one day thats amazing. Thank you so much Joe I due really appreciate everything you did.

All I have to say is DON'T DO IT. Ever since they changed ownership, they don't pick up the garbage and they are now for some reason trying to charge me even though my bill was up to date. I finally got tired of it and cancelled, they told me I would get a check back for overpayment but I got yet another bill in the mail today! This business has gone downhill, I do not recommend unless you want to overpay and still not get your garbage picked up.
I hate to see these bad reviews! I couldn't be happier! My husband got stuck in the sand on a road last night. I used my allstate app and set up a tow. THEY WERE AMAZING!! we didn't have to pay for it (insurance). The guy was called worm and there was another guy who was crazy tall! They were awesome. Professional and personal! Assured my husband they were gonna get him out. And they were there 5 min after I dispatched them! I think we got lucky with that part, idk but I know who I'm gonna call if this ever happens again! Look how muddy it was!! Thanks guys!!
It's the last locally owned auto part store in Panama City. I always go there first cause they normally have things you can't find anywhere else...it's how I found the place.
The junk yard is no longer there. The site is now a D.O.T. Headquarters.
