But it seems you lack that talent of providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for your business. You could have offered to ship the motor to us for no charge to rectify the situation at hand( being that you were not available). I don't like doing business with shady individuals, your words to me was "I don't celebrate holidays so I would be available". So I'm baffled to why you were closed. Being that I heard you are a God fearing man, I will end with this, please return me my money ASAP and you be blessed.By the way I wasn't concerned about he motor all this time I feared something catastrophic had happen.
