Called A&A and they offered to buy it based only on my description. I saved the cost of disposal, covered my dealer diagnostic charge and I know it lives on as an organ donor. Mark made the process easy and tolerated my emotional reaction. LOL

There is this massive pile of old wet cat food at the closed entrance (assuming it's closed to contain the cats) you have to enter out of the exit area. The yard is scattered with parts making it difficult to traverse. Very poor vehicle selection and the smell is just awful. Get a price on a steel 16 inch wheel with a tire that's over 8 years old and it's over 80 dollars!!!! Insanity. Leave the complex just to have a bunch of glass that's in the parking lot slice my foot open through my shoe. I keep telling myself to never come back but this was the trip that sealed the deal. Never ever coming back. Especially when you have to pay to get in and they hound your toolbox the whole time. A&A auto salvage is substantially better and free to get in. Save yourself a trip.
Went on their website to verify their hours of operation and - most importantly - that they had the part I needed in stock. Drove all the way up from Sarasota, only to find their doors locked. Called the number and they answered. “Hi, I’m at the front door.” They asked me if I was there to sell them a car. I told them I just needed to buy a part. “We’re not open for parts anymore.” Uh - okay, cool. Isn’t the name of your business PULL N GO? Isn’t that, like, the primary function of your business? Maybe you should update your website to say something about that before people waste their time coming out to your place to try ‘n *give you money*.
