So last Friday my wife and I got on the road with one of our clients bus conversions. We were taking it from Tampa to Dallas. Well we got off the road at exit 71 of the 10 fwy to get fuel and next thing you know the bus stop Poland would not start. We were right at a intersection so not a great place to be. We called up Mallory towing and the owner Himself came out to take the bus to a local shop. He told us he would be there in 45 or 50 minutes and he sure was. These guys were very professional and took very good care of us. After we towed it to the shop. They took us back over to the exit we broke down at to drop us off at a restaurant to wait for a friend. If you all ever need a company to tow your vehicle and your in this area call these people you will be happy you did

The woman on the phone has been very rude.I've called a total of 3 times. First time my name and number was taken and was told I'd be given a call back when the driver returned. This did not happen.Next day I called again, same woman, again very rude; answers the phone and takes down name and number again. Says they'll be calling back in an hour. Two hours pass so I call again. The rude one answers and I asked to speak to someone else. She then practically yells at me that the driver will call when they're available. It's been two days. I'll be finding another service to help me. I suggest you do the same!
