    These guys are soo professional and fast I honestly couldn't believe it. Showed up after 20 minutes from the initial phonecall ready to go. The guy showed up looking very nice in business casual and a nice truck so no worries about having sketchy looking people showing up if you live in a well to do neighborhood. Printed me a receipt right there in his vehicle and handed me the cash! I can't recommend these people more!!

    I looked all over Southwest Florida for a factory set of rims for my 2005 Ford explorer and couldn't find them anywhere finally found Butler's and got a hold of John and he hooked me up with two very nice looking rims and good price ship them right on time everything went great good place to work with.

I can bring in an obscure auto part and they'll figure it out, never a "we don't have it" yesterday, I brought in a coil for my 1953 red belly and they were right on it.     I'm an owner operator trucker and had three pieces of equipment to deliver in Destin/Ft Walton. My dispatcher called another tow company who showed up later than expected. They managed to unload one piece of equipment and caused some scratches to it in the process, and when the first company tried to unload the second piece it almost fell off my trailer so I sent them packing. The hydraulics on their boom were leaking and shouldn't even be in service...Then my dispatch called Ace out... and WOW!!! They rolled up in a VERY nice rotator, with all of the equipment (slings, shackles, bridles... AND knowledgeable operators) and got the two remaining pieces off without even a scratch. Ace was VERY professional, and I was very happy.I'll be delivering more equipment in the area that requires being lifted off and Ace will be my ONLY call! If I would've used them first I would be on my way home already. Moral of the story... Call Ace first next time!***** - 5 Stars!!!
