The clerk seems to not know where she's employed. She along with another employee gave the wrong address multiple times causing a whole lot of back and forth unnecessary driving and when you finally get there it's like you have to do the work for them....the work they said they will do cause they knew you were on the way. Very unprofessional and highly annoyed that I wasted my time when I was the one trying give you some business. First, last, NEVER AGAIN!! THEE WORST!!

I returned at 3:50pm and was told that its coming out now but it wasn't told to until 4:45pm I was told they only had one and not both.The owner of this company is paying guys who sit at the counter and have casual conversations instead of answering the phone also instead of taking a few orders at a time and go into the yard and verify that the parts are there and inform the customer of the status of their order they don't.Based on the prices this company has the potential to grow but the staff needs training or replacing.
Website has is horribly outdated with no true information on what is available or even carried as opposed to the competition like LKQ, U PULL IT or even J and B autos. Part of customer service in a business is to actually answer the phone(s) or at least a follow up call back but seeing how there phone service is set up I’m pretty sure to expect the same service in house no REAL RESPONSE. When looking up yards word of mouth tends to hold strong for years with actual proof to show a business or person is whom they state. Don’t waste your time or even the drive if you want to drive and can’t find anything at the more popular and known yards ride to Tampa or even west palm. Smh
