Ray came to introduce himself prior to the arranged pickup of our car when they were busy that day and unable to come take the vehicle right away (which we didn’t need done immediately anyway!) and his energy was infectious! Ray was professional and he took all the steps to handle the purchase and tow of our vehicle in advance so that when the next day came, and his employee towed the car, it was super smooth! And the other employee of Ray’s that handled the pickup was also super professional…. even in the rain! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Hassle-free car purchase and pickup without title!
I enjoyed walking around looking. The prices was very cheap and had exactly what I was looking for. I recommend everyone to go there. Cheap and have friendly staffs.

They made it seem like I was in the wrong for refusing to pay 150.00 for a honda rocker assembly. They whole cylinder head is 93.00??? When I told them there is no specific category for what the piece actually is the supervisor said and I quote " we price them high so you won't rip the motor apart". When I asked about the misc. Category the supervisor said oh no we can't do that or I will get I'm trouble and or I would have to do that for everyone. In the end I told her I was disappointed they didn't even try to help me and they could care less if I complained. I went next door to the competition they said oh that's a rocker assembly and charged me 20 bucks for the same part. Went back to lkq to take to store manager before writing this review and they wouldn't let me talk to him I had to talk to the lady again and she said well I see you got what you needed so your all set. And I said yes no thanks to you.
Jose answered right away! Was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had. Worked quick. Great customer service will definitely be referring him to all my friends!
