This garage seemed to be proficient with Japanese models. My family uses him for all their Dodge service needs. His hourly labor rate was $50/hr CHEAPER than my regular mechanic in Colorado. I would consider him to do all my routine maintenance every summer when I visit. He saved me hundreds of dollars. They appeared to be a family owned business. With a small staff, you cant fault him for not being as quick as the bigger chain models. Go to Midas if you're too impatient to wait for a knowledgeable diagnosis.
Do not let this guy waste your time. He seems to think he’s the only one in the world with things to do and places to be. Called to retrieve a few items from my car, and told him I was on my way. I even got gas on the way so it’s not like I didn’t give him plenty of time. I get there and he’s nowhere to be found, so I call him and let him know I was there, he tells he would be there “in a few”. Waited 15 minutes and left because I had to be at work in 20 mins. He wasn’t respectful of my time, so I wasn’t respectful of his. He calls me, I apologize (though I wasn’t really sorry) and I tell him my brother would be there later. This dude tells me that my brother “better be there and better wait on him”. That’s no way to talk to anyone. Now I know why the officer asked me if I had a preference on where my car should be towed after the accident, because they would just call this a**hole. A completely inconsiderate and manner-less redneck with an ego problem.
You will not find friendlier staff who will make sure you are happy with their services...if you have a clunker in your yard, a wrecked vehicle, or an unwanted vehicle you are ready to get rid of, call them ASAP! Same day transactions...they come to you, pay you, pick up your vehicle and title, and that’s it!
