HORRIBLE Experience, I run a major shop called them about a TCM I need that shows they have it in the system he told me get a better phone or don’t call back so I called back when I had better service & before I could give him a vin or year make model they said they don’t have it & hung up. Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Sales Department, Horrible Company all the way around would rather junk my car then get anything from them.

Has to be one of the worst mechanics I've ever met. On top of that, has to be one of the most unprofessional shops I've ever seen.I dropped off the car for what was hopefully going to be a 1-2 week job, took 5 months... And when I got my car back, the same old problem was still present, couldn't get my money back, and Millard couldn't uphold his end of the bargain to fix what he assured me he could fix. He didn't do any of the scope of work that he laid out beforehand and I've been totally ripped off.Never shake his hand unless it's after writing on paper.
