Which was the wrong part for 2009 Lexus IS 250. I call KY and told him they delivered the wrong part to the repair shop. KY told me they would have to take 35% from the over all total that I paid total of $900.00 that they would only refund me ($585.00) back. This was KY fault. He also hung up in my face after I was trying to get this issue resolved. Finally week later in June after calling them so many time I spoke with Chris then Jay got a refund for $585.00. Chris and Jay did apologize for KY hanging up on me but KY never apologized. Make sure you READ THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT!!! If anything goes wrong they will blame you for it !! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM.....RUN
