I highly recommend this business. I contacted this company after receiving a ridiculously high quote from a 1 man company. I texted North Point Junk Removal pics of the junk I wanted removed and within a few minutes received an estimate that was 50% cheaper than the quote from the 1 man company. A very reasonable estimate. I like how you can schedule online. I also like how the prices are clearly defined on their website. 30 minutes before my appointment, I received a text that they were en route. The 2 men that showed up were very nice. I was surprised how quickly they loaded the junk. It took maybe 20 minutes. Now, I was told by the 1 man company that junk removal companies will give you a low estimate but once they arrive the actual price will be much higher. Well, let me tell you. Once they saw the junk, the actual price was $20 less. And they offer $10 discount if you book online. Don't hesitant to contact them. I will definitely use them again.Service: Junk removal

They didn't mention anywhere on their website that they charge $4 per gallon to recycle oil-based paint. That's an extra 10-15% of the cost of the paint, just to dispose of it.Also, they only accept cash payments, so come prepared. Other than that, the cashier and unloader were friendly and helpful.

I needed to replace the drivers seat in my 2001 Toyota Camry. I couldn't visit the location myself, since they're only open during my work hours, so my wife went instead. They were very accommodating for her. They tested the seat to make sure it worked properly before she purchased it and helped her get it into her car.

We will be taking this company to court to redo our newer driveway. They brought out a out adumpster and left massive oil spills for is 100ft and it is distorted. They came to clean it and it didn't work. THEN THEY USED THE SAME TRUCK AND DID IT AGAIN. DO YOU WANT TO REPLACE 59,000 DRIVEWAY!

A LOT OF DAMAGE to my yard from K&K Towing and deceptive practices. The driver pulled a car that slid onto the slick bank off my driveway approximately 11 feet. After Ron pulled the car back onto the concrete he said "you spoke to a new dispatcher that doesn't understand pricing so the $125.00 she quoted you isn't correct the price is actually $250.00". He DOUBLED the price once the job was done. I wasn't happy about the false bait and hook style of their business, but I was stuck with his decision.Next he backed down my driveway and went way off into the yard and caused all of the damage in the pictures below. His "dispatcher Jodi" called me 5 minutes after the damage and said that they would take care of the damage. The next day I reached back out to Jodi and she sent me a text that she was trying to figure it out and would get back to me shortly. I waited several hours and offered the neighborhood yard guy to fix it and she said that "I should turn it into my home owners insurance because they were not going to pay for it". I then got a call from the driver Ron, and he said "don't reach out to my GIRLFRIEND Jodi again... she told you that WE are not going to pay for the damage and if I called either of them again that I would be sorry"!!Service: Car towing

These men have become family now. They are the only service we use for our junk removal. They are absolutely amazing, kind, and very professional. If they tell you they will be at your home at 11:00 they will be there at 10:30. I absolutely trust these men and this company. Please keep up the amazing work gentlemen. I am so happy we found y'all, my home has never looked better. I will see y'all here again in a few weeks.

It's a quick in and out when you're dropping off scrap metal, and a good place to find used parts if you sift through the items dropped off by others. But you'll need your own tools to disassemble the item and get to the part you need. Happy hunting :-)

Blonde lady at the scales must have been having a terrible day and taking it out on customers, she was so extremely rude when we came back to pay. There's something to be said for good customer service, thankfully another more emotionally intelligent qualified woman took over and was very sweet. The guys at the back directed traffic were wonderful as well.

Very disappointed with the quality of work provided. I took my Beetle here because of the German car experience. Clearly, the owners do not have German mechanics, as the work done was some of the worst I have ever seen. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the owners were nice people and the trans does work (for how long, I'm worried,,,) Take inventory of every item on your car that is near the transmission if you let them work on it. I was missing the wheel lock nut adaptor, engine cover studs, brackets tie wrapped together, link arm bolt completely missing, electrical wiring and battery covers completely mashed together, trans was leaking - discovered they overfilled the trans by at least 1.5 L of fluid. If I didn't work on my own cars, I would have been back to this shop for warranty items several times, but now I won't let them near any of my cars. Very disappointed I had to fix such poor quality.
