James senior is the one in charge, check with him before you agree to ANYTHING because even if Junior tells you they will work with you on prices Senior will say no at the end of everything and you will wind up being charged more than you anticipated. It was done to me when they towed my car. I was told, by Junior, I wouldn't have to pay the full $125 tow fee because they were doing the work. Senior after everything was done said he wouldn't"work with me" on the fee and it didn't matter what his son had said to me. Also be very careful to document the status of your car before and after you take it to them. In the process of fixing my alternator, Junior busted and broke my radiator hose and the shop refused to fix it. Not a mechanic I will return to nor will I recommend to anyone.
