Stacy said 3800 and we'll rebuild it. Paid the man and he kept the truck for 2 weeks. When I got it back is was still doing the same thing. Called him up and he said bring it back. Took it back and he kept it for 8 days saying he couldn't find anything wrong... picked it back up and still the problem persisted. When I called him back he advised the only thing it could it could be is the tcm inside the transmission and it would be another 750 so I paid him and left it. A week later. He kept it another week. 1 month total at the shop. Paid stacy 4550 and spent 2k total on a rental. Now he's "worked" on it he's and I spent 6500 just to get my truck back the same way. That man is full of $4!+ and lies spew from his mouth. I ended up having to pay another shop to rebuild my transmission. Now the truck drives and runs great. Stacy Crain is an incompetent con artist. Actually I guess he's an accomplished con artist cause he got me for 4500 but he's definitely an incompetent mechanic. If you do business with this fool you deserve to get taken. The bad reviews are legit, the good ones are likely people he paid or friends and family
We needed a replacement wheel for a 2014 Ford Edge. We had tried other salvage yards to find the wheel but Kettyle was the only place that took the time to locate the correct replacement wheel and gave me the part so the car could be put on the road the same day. Great customer service by everyone and an excellent price too! I will recommend the place to anyone seeking parts quickly at a great price. John Babcock

Did not receive the parts on Friday so I called to check on where the driver was. I was told I'd get a call back, which never happened. Monday comes, still no parts so I called again. I was told the parts would arrive by 1pm. By 3pm still no parts. We called again and were told they have no way of contacting their drivers. Its now Tuesday, we've been calling all day and still have not received our parts or any answers as to where they are. I will NEVER order from this company again and do not recommend anyone else do so either. I've never heard of a business not being able to contact their delivery drivers. Absolutely terrible experience! Sales Rep name was John.
