They lady was so helpful so friendly full of knowledge very professional people, we arrived early they offered wifi, water and so pleasant they helped us find a engine for a ranger very low miles. Napa sucks. They are very unprofessional in not a good way. Refused to put A part i bought under my phone number for warranty purposes. Expected to hold on to a paper receipt for the life time warranty. Eventually i just returned the part on the spot, an walked went across the street to Oreilleys an bam problem solved. Oreilleys is 10 times more professional an courteous.

UPDATE: I had a terrible experience in receiving the dumpster. Upon getting it to my house these guys have been remarkable and their price was more than fair. Thanks for making up for it.Horrible business. Called about getting a roll off dumpster on a Thursday. I have to be present for dumpster as the property is gated. They told me possibly Friday, but at best Monday and that they would call me back and let me know. Friday comes and I called twice, no answer. Monday comes and I call, they say it will be delivered early that afternoon that the driver would call. Never got a call. I called them around 2:30, they said it may be Wednesday, so I canceled the roll off. I get a call back a few minutes later, they said the driver had loaded the dumpster was hauling it to dump and would be on his way. Two hours later I called and they said it would be here first thing in the morning at nine. I state again that I must be present and that I had an appointment that morning. No problem. I get there at 8:30 the next morning and wait. An hour later they call to tell me he just left, I’m mad and tell her that I have an appointment and he needs to get here and she tells me they can deliver later. I say no because he’s already left and my crew can’t start without this dumpster. She says she understands. It’s been an hour past that phone call and I haven’t heard a thing. I’m 30 minutes away from their location. Waste of peoples time. The lady seems nice and they have great prices. But they are a waste.

I came there with my 2007 Jetta needing a new battery, they told me they couldn’t do that because my car has a computer in it. My car does not have a computer. So I left and drove all the way to autozone of lavonia and they took care of me. Honestly if you didn’t want to do it just tell me no, don’t have to lie. I won’t be back

I called this store looking for a specific rim for my car. The gentleman that answered the phone was rude and dismissive, and told ME they did not have it in stock. My husband called after me and the same guy said he had 2 in stock. I am baffled at the lack of respect these people have for women, and would HIGHLY SUGGEST taking your business elsewhere. Who would support this type of practice.
