So I was told to see these guys at Maui Rebuild Starters, and from beginning to end they were amazing! From Kamaka who made sure I was ok the minute I walked in, and then Ruben the owner who helped me change out a battery I just bought and let me use one of his so I could drive home and not worry about a tow or renting a car. Ruben then told me to call a mobile auto guy named Kenneth who was able to help me change out my alternator and timing belt within 4hrs and on the same day!! WOW!! They saved me tons of money and truly helped me see that there really is good people out there… Thank you Thank you Thank you! I will definitely be coming back and spreading the word for this place…

Our experience with Shelton and his team was extraordinary. We took our vehicle in for repairs. After determining that the vehicle would cost more to repair than it was worth Shelton worked hard on getting us a vehicle that was truly more than we could have asked for. I called to see about getting an appointment to fix my cracked windshield. I went right in as I was on my way to town, and they let me leave my car for an hour and did it right then. They were very busy, but the guy,(who I believe is taking over the business) was concerned it would crack more, and was nice enough to squeeze me in. I needed a pedal stop pad, before my break lights killed my car. John was the best!!!!He really helped me out. He sold me what I needed and told me how to install it on my own. I went to my car fixed it and was all set to go home ! Also the staff was super sweet to my 4 year old son . I love them all! Best place to go thank you!!

Staff was friendly and efficient but the owner is a greedy price gouger. My bronco was on order for about a year and when it finally arrived he tacked on a $13,000 reaming fee over MSRP. This was never mentioned or documented prior to my bronco hitting the stealers lot. They are even screwing people on the most common vehicle in the U.S., F-150’s have a $5K additional markup over MSRP. Don’t waste your time with anyplace with the name Falk on it. Just order from the mainland and ship it over. I tried to support a local business, but I will never by a car any new car on Maui again. I just ordered another Bronco, Raptor edition, at MSRP from a mainland dealer.
