Visited twice and both times the staff were cheerful and insightful. The first visit, we were browsing and found a lovely old book, The Hazards of New Fortunes, and some old postcards which will be framed and added to our gallery wall. The second time we visited we were looking for something cute to fill with rocks from our adventures and the gal at the till suggested a view stalls where we could find something. Love our new treasures. Thanks to the helpful staff.

Great place! Guy was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and saved me a bunch of money. Quiet place, near a residential zone but local so not some gigantic megaplex. Would recommend...if they don't have what you want they'll point you where to get it.

I own a small business, my grandpa went to Garwood wrecking and recycling in hope of finding some rear view car mirrors. Jay was so nice and very helpful to my grandpa. He ended up finding 6 which are perfect! And Jay also gave him a great deal. They have great service and I can’t wait to put these mirrors to use for my small business!! Highly recommend!

Abraham was super helpful and responsive getting a dump trailer out to my place to clean up some accumulated demolition junk. He was able to park it right up to my pile and made it easy for me to load up. I filled it up to the brim and he picked it up bright and early 2 days later. This place is Amazing! I dropped a Huge Load off here and the whole crew was ready to take it all! And when I was finished, Kevin Zimmer paid me in Cash Money! Very professional. Very Flexible. DONT FALL FOR THE THEIR SCAM. They advertise their junk as low mileage, well maintained, and tested. When my 1200 dollar low-mile, tested transmission showed up with no second gear, I had to pay 700 dollars for the mechanic to pull and replace it (on top of the expected 700 dollar labor charge). I called them to ask how this happened and THEN they admitted that they have no quality control whatsoever on transmissions (other than maybe making sure it's not broken in half when it comes off the boat?) and they make zero guarantees that the transmission will be functional in any way shape or form when you receive it. Classic bait and switch. I told them I thought a discount on my transmissiom would be fair since they sold it to me under false pretense (that it went through quality testing as per their website) and they didn't so much as offer me a 5 percent discount. Never again. Better luck getting a fair deal at a junkyard.

Hellhole of a place, disrespect by every employee. Apparently to drop off a radiator you just pulled they require photo of your vehicle, license plates, picture of you next to the vehicle, and photos of your license. For a $12 radiator. A complete waste of time and their systems are archaic. Recommend making the drive elsewhere. On top of them saying the radiator was "iron" when I know it was a copper core that was just fixed 2 years prior. Highly ignorant here.
