Great place to ♻️ ! Once I've amassed a generous quantity of aluminum cans, I haul them in, & get a refund. 🤑 It's always fun to guess the weight, & I enjoy watching all the cans go up the treadmill. When I arrived at the wreaking yard I hadn't seen my vehicle since my accident. I was emotional. I really almost died. I was alone and was dealing with bandages on my hands and neck. Katey....I believe her name was walked with me to the vehicle and helped me gather my belongings. She was very kind and the paperwork was easy and explained very well. Many thanks to the office staff there. I highly recommend.

Was told if we bought the part there they would remove it gratis. When we went to pay for the part we were charged $53 for the removal because "My guys don't work for free and the guy who told you that isn't in".I don't expect something for nothing but I expect an honest quote. The worst customer service. The lady is rude. They don't return calls and would not work with me on a price for an engine they will never sell. They lost a good sale and hopefully more when people realize they are not the only game in town- Junk yard attitudes don't cut it.
I have only lived in Lewiston for a little over 6 months but I’ve already made no less than 4 calls to Sunshine Recycling about garbage left in our yard (twice) and garbage not picked up at all (twice). This week is my third week in a row to put out my recycling and for it not to be picked up. Just got off the phone with them again and they tell me it must have been overlooked last week and there is no way for them to do anything about it until next week, which is the week of Christmas. This company is ridiculous , only a way to charge for a service provided in a mediocre way - or not at all.
