On the last leg of our road trip we walked out to our car post lunch to discover the battery was dead. To make things worst our road side assistance apparently ended at 36k miles so we were on our own. Luckily Heartland was near by and able to get to us in just a few minutes allowing us to get the car started and the guy who came out made sure we knew our way to the local auto parts store to get a new battery. Thanks to them we where able to get back on the road in time without our toddler missing her nap.Service: Battery

Totaled our car on a road trip and this was the closest place we could get to on the cars last legs. Young man in the service department was great and came out and gave us a run down of what the issue was and his opinion that it was totaled. He (Ford) couldn’t help us at that moment but he even found us a junk yard and tow truck that could get us going. Truly amazing human being that young man is, I wish I new his name.

We have ordered many engines and transmissions for our shop and never had any issues. They stand behind there warranty. We had a transmission we installed for a customer and it went out a few weeks later and they sent us a replacement no questions asked. There prices are a little more than other places but you won't get as good of quality parts or as good customer service.

Amazing company amazing service! We were driving on I70 east and felt a horrible rumbling and grinding sound almost lost control by grace made it to the side. Called one towing company that sounded like I was an inconvenience. Got ahold of Tri Power and no questions “we will be there” number one priority was our safety. They took every precaution to not cause any more damage. All I can say is Wow! This is a true lesson in customer service!! He took us to an amazing shop that was open late. And made sure we were safe at the hotel. My faith in humanity is restored!!Service: Car towing
I was working in the kitchen at my job and somehow my phone got knocked into the trash can. I carried the trash to the dumpster and threw it in. That evening-late- I figured out that had to have been what happened since it was no where to be found. I went in to work the next morning and waited for trash pickup. The worker was great. He used his phone to call mine and when he heard it ringing he pulled out and sorted through trash till he found it. Excellent customer service!Service: Junk removal

Called the number listed on the website... A man answered strictly with “Hello?”, not “Hello, this is McMahon Recycling.” or anything indicating that we had just called a business. I explained that we were looking to get rid of an older vehicle. He then asked “Who are you trying to call?”, I told him that I was trying to contact McMahon Recycling. He said “That’s not what this is.” and hung up. Now, I called the number NOT by transcribing it to another phone, but by selecting the number they have listed on their website. So, there’s literally no way I miss-dialed. I called the number back to at least tell this guy that his number was listed as the number for McMahon Recycling, but it went to a voicemail that said that McMahon Recycling is closed on Saturday, November 25th. I totally understand that they may be closed today, but you’d think , after answering the phone, that he would relate that they are closed and I would have been instructed to call back on Monday during their office hours... Hands down, weirdest phone call ever.
As far as I can tell, the work was good. However, it cost me $420 for a tune up, oil change and front break pads with one of the roters slightly turned. I thought it was high. Then I got a quote from Honda for a AC compressor. They said the aftermarket would be $550 out the door and with Honda parts would be $1400. Konrad said over $2000 with the Honda parts and over $800 with after market parts. I rarely hear of a dealership having a better price than a private business.
Great place and awesome people!! Very helpful, and resourceful for the environment ❤️ Thank you TNT!!
Like most dealership based parts suppliers the prices are full retail. I guess there is comfort in knowing they are OEM components and if they don't provide the right part it will be corrected without the hassles of Internet suppliers. I was surprised when the person at the counter recommended an aftermarket solution for a part and it has performed just as well as a factory original. Three stars for pricing and Five stars for being willing to suggest other options. That seems to me to be a good balance between parts knowledge and availability combined with customer service.
FAfter speaking with Jeff F. today on a difficult to find truck part I was very impressed to be treated very professionally and courteous as I have been on the computer for quite awhile just trying to find the part and have not been treated near as well by other salvage yards. I would highly recommend Jeff F. at Y_Yard for anyone else's used vehicle parts and will call again soon as needed. Gary F.
