Never notified car I cosigned for was impounded. Rude customer service. Car was auctioned off as i could not afford outlandish fees. My opinion, they run a barely legal car theft ring. They made $2300.00. I paid $3540 for a car I never drove. Regardless of personal situation, they failed to make sure i was properly legally notified. -- edited to respond to owner. -- Your response should tell everyone everything they need to know. Notice I said, barely legal. You were also rude and condescending in you response, just as the lady that answers your phone. The Laws need to be changed so the cosigner is legally notified and fees should not allowed to be charged until both parties have been notified the car is impounded. Once again, Legal or not, you people run a barely legal theft ring. You made $2300, I paid $3540 for something I never even drove. It is my opinion that you all are terrible and I wouldn't recommend or trust you to tow a tricycle. Have a nice day.

Fair prices. Helpful staff. Because of the rash of catalytic converter thefts in the Peoria area I asked if they were getting a lot of the coming in. I was impressed to hear that they don't accept them because most of them are stolen.

Was looking for a hard to find rim. They told me they had one that had some cosmetic rust that they would pull for me and let me know when it was done. The other option was to ship a different one to the store that didn't have any rust but it would take two days. I opted for the one they had because I needed now. It took them two days to take off six lug nuts and walk it into the store. I know what you're thinking. I could of just pulled it myself but the point was to have them pull it, save it, and stop anyone else from buying it before I got there. Parts, as fine as used parts can be. Service, about the worst you can get. Don't count on them for anything.I also see the owner actually looks at these reviews. You really should adopt a policy of letting your would be costumers know that it will take you 2 days to do something that takes about three minutes.

Some of the Nicest guys you ever meet .I know from experance Dale and his Father Barney will go out of the way to help people I have seen first hand one person was going through town and his rear end went out they towed the car there to his shop and changed out the rear end in about 2 hours .another was when a family was in a suberban out of towners fuel pump was out and They did the same for that family had them back on the road home in no time .mind you this is only a couple of many i seen first hand as for ..As for the tow fee i know there is a going rate on any police tow or inpound and all the tow yards have the same price wheather it be a block or a mile police calls are flat rate

I loved this place. I totalled my truck and i live out of town. I called and Greg answered and agreed to meet me on a Saturday when their office was closed and let me get all my belongings back for free!!! I was truly amazed by how much they are willing to work with you!!! Thank you very much for all your understanding!
