“The lady that set up our appointment for removal of our end of life car was very friendly and nice. The guy (Glen) shows up to get the car and do the paperwork with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Um, ok. I overlooked that. When he made an inappropriate unnecessary comment about the care of the car in front of my husband (basically putting me down) I was dumbfounded. He doesn't know us at all but still made a stupid comment. I was upset with the comment so I handed my husband the paperwork and decided to remove myself from the situation. The guy knew I was upset but the spine tingling smug stare he gave me as I was walking backwards to the door was just well....scary and weird. It may be that he has issues with women? Idk. I'm not one to leave bad reviews as I understand that, just like I, people can have bad days. Look at my Google reviews and you will see it is true. I only try to compliment people and be positive. I called the business and a nice lady answered the phone and of course she apologized for his behavior which sucked for her because it was in no way her fault. The truth is she was not surprised at what I was telling her. That guy needs some customer service training or something. Thanks for coming to get our car, thanks for the $300 (lol) and thanks for making me cry today. Just what I needed.”
