Had a years worth of trash filling the backyard and garage of the property I purchased. It was overwhelming to think about or look at. Nasty old buried garbage bags and a mountain of other junk. I called Scott late in the afternoon while they were finishing another job, and my entire garage and yard were cleared in under an hour the same evening. The work place is a joke. I worked there for about 2 months. I witnessed unsafe irrational fork lift operations with flat bed truck loads, immature rude and hostile employees, unfit employees, disregard for any work place and OSHA laws. Horrible communication. Forget about benefits. This is not the place you want to work if you're looking to prosper, be in a safe environment or feel valued by a company. I doubt how long this place will survive. Barely scraping by for work. Unresponsable poor management. One of the "managers" is practically deaf and says "He's dead already." Often in repsonse to something most would consider dangerous, illogical or improper use of machinery. The front desk woman is nice, and has good intentions. She is probably the only one there whos thinking rationally. No wonder she's doing most if not all of the computer work, logistics and the books. Definitely look for work elsewhere. If you want to scrape by, be disrespected on a daily basis, risk your health and physical well-being for crumbs. This is the job for you if you're missing lots or all of your teeth, lacking common sense or any intelligence. I ensure your qualified provided you fit the above descriptions or worse.
