I called and spoke to Paul. He said he would have the Chrysler 300 screen pulled, and if I drive the 80 miles, I can test it in my car to make sure it worked before buying it. He called me the next morning and sent a photo to show its condition. I decided to make the drive since it is hard to find one that is not fully delaminated. Before and during the sale, Paul wanted to be sure I could do as much testing as possible to not have to drive back from Michigan. Upon arrival, this is the best business sales floor I have ever seen! It is REMARKABLE! The entire office is tactfully decorated with unique antiques, collector items, AND it is super clean! I noticed ALL employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and just like Paul, went out of their way to help me! I was able to test the radio, received help on how to access the security code, and even borrowed a screwdriver to finish the install. While waiting for the security code, I appreciated hearing the employees speak in English and Spanish to help all the customers coming in. I 100% will refer people to this auto recycle business. Rudy have anger problems and is the worst sales guy u can meet. Told me one price over the phone then started increasing it when i got there. Javier does nothing to make things better. They Called me and said they have the parts ready. When I got there, they are now about to remove door handles from the old car. One handle took an hour to remove and I need all of them. Could wait any longer so they said they will get it close by my location. Next day, broken parts were in the bag and these thieves admit to it but never processed my refund. Please save yourself the headache by shopping elsewhere!!
Good guys until you relize they burned you pay giveing you brass price for copper. Will not be bringing anything to them again. The worst kind of thief is the one smiling in your face
They gladly sold me the wrong part and when I tried to contact them to correct it they did not answer on a day they were open. Now they don't want to refund my money due to their error. Stay clear of these theives!

this place is a scam! contacted them about an engine they listed on FB marketplace. was told it had 123k miles. upon picking it up I ran the VIN on the block and it came back to a totally different year and it showed 212k miles. after further investigation turns out they flat out lied about the engines history and also damaged it during removal from the donor vehicle. I'm talking cracked oil pan and even stripped threads in the block. stay away from these ppl at all costs! idk how this place is still in business

The customer service I received from Jordan was superb! I did not expect a call back from them, and defiantly not a week later. The lot is in order, with cars easily accessible and again, customer service is horrible nowadays so it’s awesome when you get good service. Btw I live closer to the lake Paul’s auto. They have good ppl there as well, they may want to adapt the order and customer service as well. They might need to catch up but for now merrillville Paul’s is my go to. Thanks Jordan

Terrible customer service! Ordered a back door and was sent a sliding door. Never received an invoice or receipt. Had to pay out of pocket to ship it back only to find out that they have a "25% restocking fee" that we were never made aware of (no receipt, no invoice, 0 attempt to inform us of said fee). Only after calling for 4 days straight was I able to speak with our sales rep Fernando who said he would refund us. After 3 weeks of us calling them they say we are not entitled to a refund because the fee was stated on the receipt that we did not receive until 2 weeks after the return.
