Had they answered the phone and hold times weren’t so extreme I definitely would NOT have missed the “pick up time frame” which was 3pm. At the end of the day I still need my vehicle repaired so I chopped it up as horrible customer service. AUTUMN apparently was having a bad day and I almost let it put me in a sour mood as well. So the next day when I go to pick up my part the gentleman brings out another customer’s order and that customer clearly pays cash. I asked the gentleman about their payment policy he stated their upper management does not want them to
