Took my ford fusion to them. Replaced a fine O2 sensor, got car back from them engine light came back on. Took it back charged me a diagnostic fee to tell me car is fine and the light is on because “I’m not driving the car enough to get it to operational temperature “ Driving down the road couple days later car cut power while driving on interstate and went limp mode. Take it to another shop the whole catalytic converter system was failing.

Address:1510 E Calvert St, South Bend, IN (Zipcode: 46613)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedWe called about selling my 2003 Honda Civic for junk money. On the phone we were told $300. They arrived within the hour like they said they would. When the driver arrived, he was nice and professional. He told my husband he could only give him $200. My husband talked to him, and he increased the offer to $225, then to what a competitor had offered ($250). We accepted. I've never sold a car for junk before, so perhaps this is standard.

Address:1602 S Lafayette Blvd, South Bend, IN (Zipcode: 46613)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedNever before in my life have I seen a sales team so happy and tickled with themselves to blatantly take advantage of a disabled person. I watched a man attempting to purchase a back window for his trailblazer EXT. They sold him a window for a trailblazer knowing it would not fit. Told him that he did not want the extended warranty because it came with a 30 day warranty and that it was a waste of money. They then refused to exchange the window for the correct one and forced the disabled gentleman to purchase the correct window while literally laughing in his face the entire time telling him "the police are in our pocket, there's nothing you can do, it's as is sales, so buy the new one or leave" while insulting his intelligence. This is blatant robbery, predatory sales practices and should be condemned by all patrons. There are plenty of options rather than to be ripped off by LKQ to support their employees drug habits.
BE CAREFUL. The employees in the scale house are not considerate of the customer loads. They do not pay you for the correct material, and give you a weight for the cheapest metal. My suggestion would be to omni source, where they will separate the different metals and give a reasonable price. My business with Paul's auto yard, will be my 1st and last. Put some professionalism in your work ethics.
I wanted to thank both Bob and Joe for taking care of the passenger front door for my wifes 2021 Toyota Venza. I drove all the way from central Ohio to get this door. The cleanliness and top notch customer service was awesome. The door was a perfect match and fit perfectly.
Hoffman brothers had parts I needed that werent available at any big name auto part stores. I bought 2 parts (1 I needed for sure the other I may have needed but wouldnt know until the other was replaced). I was able to return the unopened product without question. The price was pretty similar to what id be able to purchase online minus the shipping. Will be going back
I got into an incident a while back and lost my vehicle in the matter. Called Bobby and within no time my car was taken care of, I was reimbursed for what was salvageable and I don’t think I could’ve met a nicer guy. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for everything you did!!!
