Everyone we've dealt with has been quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. Parts are shipped very quickly and at better pricing and warranty than I can source myself. The one time that we've had a "warranty" claim (amongst many dozens of purchases) was a small leak that was IMMEDIATELY dealt with. Repair parts were sent out and showed up next day (Being in Nebraska may help) and the whole process was handled easily, no issues.
