We do a lot of work with US Powertrain at my company. Everyone we've dealt with has been quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. Parts are shipped very quickly and at better pricing and warranty than I can source myself. The one time that we've had a "warranty" claim (amongst many dozens of purchases) was a small leak that was IMMEDIATELY dealt with. Repair parts were sent out and showed up next day (Being in Nebraska may help) and the whole process was handled easily, no issues. Tours of plant aren't until September when they begin manufacturing the 2019s. Experience section is open 8am-3pm Monday-Friday. Movie on manufacturing plant included with a shelf of a few historic items, several motorcycles displayed high up on shelves and items for sale.
