These fellas have shown themselves trustworthy.They will bring you to your vehicle to show you what's going on or, in my most recent case, bring the car part out to you so you can see the issue for yourself and allow you to decide what you want done.They've treated my wife and I well. We don't feel taken advantage of by them, or like they want to squeeze extra money out of us.We're very happy with the service we've received from them.

Came in to get the battery in my truck replaced.The 2 guys that did it were quick, professional and knowledgeable; it was all the more commendable because the computer flat out said the battery was hard to replace. One of the guys was even wearing a medical boot for a leg injury and still worked on replacing the battery.Even better, they did it on a day that was literally freezing with high winds and snow and ice on the ground in the parking lot and did not complain at all.Highly recommend and will personally consider O’Reilly’s my first choice for auto issues.

Never again! Manager very rude! When to west door to get an estimated count. My can sack was full to the top. Was only given $12, I only politely said there is over $16 worth in the bag. The manager woman chews me out says nobody's going to be rude to my employees. I started taking mine to Walmart, at least the counting machine doesn't give me any grief!

Drivers unsafe and rude. Picking up trash on east side of North 3rd 1 block north of 92 in Oskaloosa at 5.45 am Tuesday morning. I was going around truck when he decided to pull out and crossover in front of me to go west on side street. I missed the accident by the grace of God.

They mowed my property without my permission and destroyed half of my butterfly garden. The owner was not even apologetic and claimed his employees didn't know where the proprty line was. The property line is marked with multiple 6 foot poles painted florescent orange, which they mowed around.
