My fiance and I got a new to us vehicle yesterday from York's of Houlton Fresh Start program.It feels grandiose to say this but Amanda, Dushanbe, & Yorks really restored my faith in buying cars in town.I called last week with a question, not even really intending to buy a car, and in a matter of a few days Amanda and the gang created an opportunity that enabled us to be in a position with the down payment & the weekly payment we could manage.They didn't give us anything, and this isn't an ad, it's just the experience we've had.We had a minor issue that they are dealing with and even notified us of a minor recall issue they are taking care of. We were extremely Gun shy about getting a vehicle local after our last experience,but this has exceeded my expectations. I actually feel valued and taken care of, this is how I would expect a car buying experience to be. Amanda is amazing, she knows her stuff, and answered all our questions. If you have credit that's taken a beating (mine is terrible) they may be able to help you.

Stopped in late in the afternoon when our car battery wasn't holding charge in hopes they could squeeze us in the next day. Christian immediately came out to perform a battery test and within minutes we had a new battery installed and were out the door. Been taking our cars here for years and for good reason. They keep changing my trash day. It was supposed to be picked up yesterday, needless to say they didn't. They told me I have to wait until next week. .
