Devoid of pressure, wanted us to have a good vehicle and went every extra mile possible to ensure our happiness. Our local mechanic found 3 items in need of fixing; Dana had them fixed and addressed right away and once satisfied, we were out the door the next morning in our new car. Visited kirb side today looking for parts for my 92x. I found two of them with little trouble; they have lots of different makes and models and are always rotating out vehicles. Pricing was a great value and a lot cheaper than any other option. Bring your rubber boots because it was pretty muddy getting around. Can't wait to go back

Original Review: I hired Casella (and so did two of my immediate neighbors) for seasonal / Saturday trash pickup for our rental property in Old Orchard Beach, ME. Yesterday (July 24, 2021) was the second time this season they failed to pick up our trash. I tried calling yesterday to alert them at 2pm and was only able to speak with an answering service who essentially told me there's nothing she can do and no one she can call. We now have 11 over flowing trash barrels on the side of the street till Tuesday. This is the second time this has happened this season.Update: Bumping up my review to 3 stars. After I emailed one of the higher ups, he promptly called me and personally came over with a trailer to pick up the trash. He obviously cares about customer satisfaction and I genuinely appreciate what he did. He informed me that what happened was due to a labor shortage. While I'm sympathetic to the labor challenge, when you pay for a service you expect it to be delivered.
