When I asked that it be picked up ASAP, I was told they would, but, "we have our own schedule". As you may detect, that last comment didn't sit well with me. I can understand they dropped the ball on my first request for pickup and even with the pain it has caused me I was willing to give them a pass. That last comment, though, changed my mind.
