I scheduled a pick up between 4-5pm for my car. Never got a phone call and waited for about 2 hours. I finally called and I was told they were on the way and they never showed up. I left a message and still no phone call. Can't recommend. Had to call another company to go pick up my car.

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst towing company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The driver (Lindsay) was incredibly rude he appeared disheveled and unclean. He was disrespectful and completely Unprofessional. I do not understand why they are contracted with Montgomery County. I’m curious if all drivers have passed a background check. Do you not consider using them under any circumstances. Furthermore the driver did not even provide us with a change after demanding we pay him in cash Before he would unload our vehicle (or he was taking the vehicle to his lot) from his truck at our dealership.
