It is an absolutely terribly ran establishment. All of maybe three employees can communicate. They don’t know English or act like it.(No, it’s not racist) it’s a fact. I have caught an employee trying to cheat me twice. Yes, I said something and nothing was done. Don’t expect any what of a smooth visit. I have been one of three people there. In the mid week early morning. I waited on the scale for easily 30 minutes. They are slow and lazy during then. I will say the smaller, short dark hair Hispanic manager. He’s a great dude, honest, shows sincerity and has a good sense of humor.

The manager was informed, but I'm being ignored now. So , I must remind them customers are important . A Wake up call is coming!
If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst towing company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The driver (Lindsay) was incredibly rude he appeared disheveled and unclean. He was disrespectful and completely Unprofessional. I do not understand why they are contracted with Montgomery County. I’m curious if all drivers have passed a background check. Do you not consider using them under any circumstances. Furthermore the driver did not even provide us with a change after demanding we pay him in cash Before he would unload our vehicle (or he was taking the vehicle to his lot) from his truck at our dealership.
