I just had my truck break down in Silver Spring Maryland and had it towed to Springfield VA. Problem cars wanted came out quickly and took care of everything safely. They were careful with my vehicle, courteous and well mannered! My insurance company dispatched them and I'm so glad they did...I hope I never need a tow truck again but if I do...I know who I want! We needed to sell an extra older car to avoid another round of insurance since we rarely drove this car anymore. The process was fairly simple and the offer was fair considering a number of issues that were discussed. Went home with the check and my old tags and no worries. I can share my review happily. It is an absolutely terribly ran establishment. All of maybe three employees can communicate. They don’t know English or act like it.(No, it’s not racist) it’s a fact. I have caught an employee trying to cheat me twice. Yes, I said something and nothing was done. Don’t expect any what of a smooth visit. I have been one of three people there. In the mid week early morning. I waited on the scale for easily 30 minutes. They are slow and lazy during then. I will say the smaller, short dark hair Hispanic manager. He’s a great dude, honest, shows sincerity and has a good sense of humor.

The price is $8.50 per hundred. They gave me $7.00 per hundred , after I gave the Real big guy my thoughts on not paying me out, after I dropped my metal. They owe me $43.00 and some change. The manager was informed, but I'm being ignored now. So , I must remind them customers are important . A Wake up call is coming!

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst towing company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The driver (Lindsay) was incredibly rude he appeared disheveled and unclean. He was disrespectful and completely Unprofessional. I do not understand why they are contracted with Montgomery County. I’m curious if all drivers have passed a background check. Do you not consider using them under any circumstances. Furthermore the driver did not even provide us with a change after demanding we pay him in cash Before he would unload our vehicle (or he was taking the vehicle to his lot) from his truck at our dealership.
