Mohawk was the closest to the scene of the accident. The tow truck driver was very friendly and answered all my questions. He willingly brought us back to the garage along with the car. There they searched for a pair of used tires to put on my car. He told me they would be very cheap and it would also be very cheap to put the tires on my car. Unfortunately, they didn't have any that were the size I needed. Although, they were very helpful in telling us where to buy the tires. They stayed open later than they would have to put the tires on my car. They were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them when needing a tow!

Radiator fluid was the priority. Having a 2004 Chevy, with a bunch of milage, I requested a specific mix. The 2 guys working fully understanding the reason quickly located the right jug, located in a different spot separate from the main display shelves, and I was on my way . The gentlemen working were kind, helpful and talked to me as if I was a regular, local every day customer (which I am back here in Greece NY's advanced auto store) thanks guys, your awesome and I appreciate the help in getting me the correct antifreeze. Although this was just another sale to some, the way my day was going, that simple, and polite assistance made a difference in my morning and I appreciate it.

I find that they have inventory that the other parts stores in town, don't. They seem to have the "odd" parts that I require and if they don't( very unusual) I get it the next day. The prices ane not to bad either. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and always friendly. I have not gone anyplace else for the last few years.

Our GPS took us to the office rather than the scrap yard. We pulled in at 4:10 the gentleman who greeted us was great. We explained our issue and how we ended up at the office. He kindly said no worries pull in we’ll get you in and out. If he hadn’t been so professional and kind our drive would have been for nothing, distance and $ wise they couldn’t have delivered better. At the expense of they’re time considering we thought the office and yard closed at the same time,(4:30). Thanks again for your professional and most of all kind service!!!
