Customer service could be much better, came in for a simple spring and got an annoyed attitude, instead of a couple min of help figuring out a solution while there I was told to come back, 30 seconds on rock auto and with the same info supplied to him and it will come right to my door instead of supporting a local buisiness, sad

I made a long trip out to pick up a bumper assembly and had a great experience. All of the staff was kind and helpful and although everyone is dealing with staff shortages right now they worked hard to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. I had to visit 3 salvage yards to round up all my parts and it's easy to see why Berkley has been in business for so long!

I am a small car dealer and buy lots of used parts. I just bought a door for an 08 RAM. The consultant that i dealt with asked the right questions to make sure it was a fit. I sent my runner and the door was just as described and priced well. People complain that the staff aren't very friendly. Maybe they do not have bubbly personalities. Who cares. I just want the right part at the right price. . Great transaction. I will use them again and you should too.

Huge shoutout to Jay with the sales department at Goyette, I hit a pothole and wound up needing to replace a wheel on my Jetta. I called Goyette and Jay took down my VIN and called me back within 15 minutes with a quote for 40% of the price that the VW dealership quoted me, and I picked up a new wheel from Goyette the next week.
